Party favors can be difficult. For me personally, I hate waste and party favors can be quite wasteful (and let’s be honest, oftentimes tacky). So when a friend and I were planning our other friend’s bachelorette party (also coincidentally named Ashley), we wanted the favors to be cute, classy and things people would want to keep to remember the event fondly. Also, we’re all in our early thirties and don’t need a bunch of phallic chachkies in our homes. Thus, these cute and classy DIY bachelorette party favors were created.
Bachelorette Party Squad Shirts
These were one of our favorite items because they came out so luxe looking! The black shirt with metallic gold iron on was a fantastic match.
We used the font Applegothic and for comparison purposes, the BRIDE decal below is 8.2″ wide and 2.5″ tall. The SQUAD shirts are just a little wider and shorter due to the wider letters overall and they all came out perfectly!
Here’s a shot of the finished product on me in front of our also DIY Bach & Boozy banner.
We definitely thought 2.5″ sounded small for text on a shirt but it’s really not! It was the perfect size for these tanks. Also, if you’re looking for a fun pink and gold balloon arch, this one linked is similar to ours (now out of stock) if not even cuter!
DIY Shot Glass Bracelets
These were a last minute addition but they were SO cute that we had to make them! They were simple to make and require just 3 pieces, all found on Amazon:
- Shot glasses (plastic, disposable, this link is a pack of 30)
- Key rings
- Spiral plastic hair ties (any color, we choose clear)
We stayed at an Airbnb and it was nice to have these while we pregamed. If I could offer one suggestion after using them, write names on them. Or at least write initials on the bottom if you don’t want to see them. The next day no one knew who’s was whose after we left them all in one spot the night before!
Hangover Cure Liquid IV Packets
Because every two-day good bachelorette bash is going to include a hangover. I put two packets in these pink organza gift bags, one for each morning we’d wake up together. The insert is something I made on my computer and printed on regular printer paper. The beer cans are the exact same graphic I used for the masks because, #onbrand.
Liquid IV is a fabulous way to get in some extra hydration. I highly recommend their Tangerine Immune Support ones, too! They really got me through the recent pandemic. Grab some regular ones (I recommend Passion Fruit or Strawberry) for your own party. Your guests will thank you big time!

DIY Bachelorette Squad Sunglasses
For these, we got a bulk pack of sunglasses from Amazon and used regular acrylic vinyl my friend already had. Super easy DIY and made for one of our most practical DIY bachelorette party favors!
Our big event was riding a pedal tavern. So, knowing we’d all be drinking and very mobile around town, we didn’t want anyone worrying about losing anything important, like designer sunglasses. These were a great practical solution (that can totally be worn again if desired).
Bachelorette Party Fanny Packs
These weren’t 100% DIY, we bought the 12 pack of these assorted phrase fanny packs on Amazon. However, we had 13 attendees, and instead of buying the 18 pack, spending more and having wasteful extras, we bought one extra single fanny pack and used some of the iron-on gold vinyl from the shirts to make a custom “Mother of the Party” one for her mom to wear.
I forgot to get a good picture of the extra fanny pack before we gifted them to everyone, so this is a zoomed in picture just to give an idea.
DIY Bachelorette Party Favor Cups
We wanted to make something to really commemorate our friend’s big weekend specifically, and keeping on the cute and classy theme we went with personalized cups. Each one had this Cricut vinyl print on them (same font as the shirts to, again, keep #onbrand) and the other side had each attendee’s name on their individual cup.
This was a very simple but fun addition to the gift bags and attendees of all ages could enjoy them!
DIY Party Favor Cricut Templates
These are the exact images we used to decorate the various DIY bachelorette party favors we made. Save these on your desktop and upload them into your Cricut Creator Studio to use on your own projects!
The ring and the champagne flutes were added to the pink party favor cups.
These clinking beer cans (or if you ask me, White Claw cans) were printed on our masks (seen below).
Which was your favorite DIY bachelorette party favor idea? Have you perhaps made one or more of these before? Would love to hear about it below in the comments!
