As I was entering the second half of my pregnancy I was starting to really evaluate my closet. What would I be able to use in the coming months, even if just for a short time? Much to my surprise, I had a good sample of options to choose from already in my closet. Today, I’m sharing my everyday Amazon maternity fashion in hopes it helps you prepare your closet for your entire pregnancy and beyond!
Plaid Amazon Maternity V Neck
I’ve recently worn this shirt a bunch. It’s one of my favorites, pregnant or not. I initially bought an XXL in a panic move, but it turns out I really like the room it gives me. Amazon clothes are known to run small, and this one fits the stereotype.
Definitely size up one size, or two if you’re a nervous shopper like me, but it’s worth it. I wear them with leggings and sometimes with a black puffer vest.

Also an older photo, but hey, if a piece of clothing ain’t broke, I don’t replace it! It also comes in a few other colors. This top has a thicker flannel fabric, but isn’t too warm. I love that it’s not a button down, just an overall fan of this style.
Leopard Babydoll Amazon Dress
Leopard isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, so I hope you love it as much as I do! This dress is true to size, and I’m sporting a size large. As always though, I suggest checking the size charts. I always find the bust measurement the most helpful for sizing properly with dresses.
This dress comes in 10+ colors and styles including a very cute tiered, colorblock style (I’m eyeing the coral/light pink/white one). More good news? It’s also frequently on coupon, heck yes to savings!
Maternity Friendly Blue Plaid Button Down
Casual or chic, either is an option with this blue plaid. I’m wearing a size large, so I’d call it true to size. Depending on how far along you’ll be when you plan to wear it, you may want to size up one to account for a bigger bump.

If you plan to wear it open, true to size should be fine. Let that bump hang out, mama! The shirt is made from a thicker flannel fabric. I also love the smaller gingham black and white print it comes in, especially for spring and summer!
The BEST Amazon Maternity Friendly Bra
While technically a sports bra, I’ve worn all four, yes FOUR, of the colors I own in this bra with all different types of outfits. From casual to sundresses to pregnancy approved workouts, this one is truly a gem.
My best friend recommended this bra to me along with another higher end brand name bra, so I ordered one of each to see which I’d like better. I almost didn’t even order this Amazon one because I thought for sure I’d go with the other one but that one had NO support for someone of my, ahem *well endowment*. This one is so good that I now own FOUR (pink, white, black leopard, regular leopard). I wear XL and am normally around a large (XL these days in shirts during pregnancy) and normally a 38D (ish). This one gives you room to grow and will keep you comfortable.
Side Button Tunic V Neck Shirt
If you can’t tell from the quality of this old photo, I’ve had this shirt for some time. It was comfortable before the bump and it stretches (and looks rather adorable) to accommodate the bump. This was one of my first Amazon ‘maternity’ pieces and is still a favorite!

When I got this shirt I ordered an XL, and it was definitely big enough. This was taken almost a year before I was even pregnant. Knowing we were going to try within the year I held onto the XL, versus exchanging for a large, knowing this would make an excellent bump friendly shirt. So glad I did! It not only comes in a few colors, but also long sleeve options for my winter mamas.
Class Solid Colored Babydoll Dress
A total classic! They originally only had this coral color and a berry shade, but I just looked and they’ve tripled the number of colors they now carry! I’m wearing an XL and the sizing is great.
In the spirit of full disclosure, I later sniffed this out to be a knock off of the Pink Lily Complete My Heart Dress, which I also own (in Mint). It’s a much higher quality and I also have it in size XL. I do think the Pink Lily one runs a bit smaller, but that may just be because I was already in my second trimester when I got it. Check the size chart and pay special attention to the bust measurement to find the best fit!
If you do end up trying the Pink Lily dress, use code APRIL15 (or current month with 15 at the end, MAY15, JUNE15, etc.) for 15% off through my link above since I’m an ambassador with Pink Lily!
Pink Tie Knot Colorblock Top
This tie knot v neck long sleeve top is a closet staple. I also have it in a camel brown color. It’s wildly comfortable and the little knot can slowly climb up your bump as you grow!
SHOP COLORBLOCK TOP | SHOP MATERNITY FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS
I’m wearing an XL here and it will probably work for most of my bump journey, but if your bump is extra round or you’d like more room, size up two sizes. The brown shirt I have in this style is XXL and super comfortable. A little baggy but no regrets!
Maternity Friendly Amazon Babydoll Dress
There’s never enough babydoll cut anything when you’re pregnant! I’ve had this dress for over a year and have worn it several times before getting pregnant. There’s plenty of room for a bump now, too!
I’m wearing an XL and not only is it wide enough, it’s plenty long. It falls just below my knee which I especially like for pregnancy because eventually that bump will steal some of the much needed length on my dresses! Highly recommend checking this product page out because there are other color and sleeve length options, too.
The Cutest Gingham Tank Dress
Doesn’t this dress SCREAM spring and summertime?! I absolutely adore it!
The dress is lightweight and can easily be layered with a jean jacket or cardigan in the cooler spring temps. In my experience, this seller’s clothing runs pretty small so I ordered this in an XXL and it fit perfectly. Regardless of being pregnant or not, you may need to size up one or two sizes, particularly if you have a larger bust.
Spotted Ruffle Amazon Maternity Friendly Top
I’ve been eyeing this top for literal YEARS and finally decided to order it after I was pregnant. It looked like it had enough give to support a bump and it does not disappoint! I ordered up to an XL and it’s a perfect fit.
If you couldn’t tell, this photo isn’t of me, ha! I haven’t had the chance to photograph this top yet, but wanted to be sure it made the list. It was love at first try on and is a must-have for all my stylish expectant mamas!
