Having never been a fan of jelly, peanut butter, or plain butter on toast I immediately run to the cream cheese option. Which, is probably the most unhealthy option, to be honest. Recently, I had leftover salsa from a breakfast skillet and decided to smear a little on top of my avocado toast. Talk about an amazing decision! If you like avocado and/or guacamole? Creamy, Cheesy Avocado Toast Spread
Experimentally, I added a wedge of Asiago Laughing Cow because I had it and it’ll forever be a delicious go-to.
It tastes phenomenal with the avocado! Plus, the Laughing Cow’s perfectly spreadable cheese makes it nice and easy to work into the avocado. I topped it with a tiny bit of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning and it was an incredible combination.
Savory Salsa Avocado Toast Spread
For this spread, I used a tablespoon of salsa and a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt. We already had the salsa leftover from dinner so it was a perfect way to use it! That’s all I added to this avocado spread and it was amazing!
Surely this would taste incredible with any salsa so try a few to find your favorite! I thought I’d prefer the cheesier spread, but this one is basically a no-hassle, zesty guacamole spread. It’s hard to beat!
Healthy on-the-go breakfast options shouldn’t have the be hassle. A quick mix of a few ingredients into some mashed avocado will check all the boxes.

This is just one of my many versatile recipes. The base is simply avocado and the possibility of variations are endless. I used the cheesy spread on my turkey sandwich instead of mayonnaise and it was uh-mazing! Don’t rule the avocado option out for the other two meals, they may just surprise you.
